Sat Info ("App", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use our App.

We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) directly from users. However, some information may be collected automatically by us or our service providers, including third-party advertising networks:

- Device Information: Device model, operating system, language, unique device identifiers (such as advertising ID).

1.2 Third-Party Data Collection (Advertising & Analytics)
Our App integrates Google AdMob for advertisement delivery. AdMob and its partners may collect:
- Advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID).
- Approximate location data, if device permissions allow.
- Behavioral/ad interaction data for ad relevance and reporting (with applicable user consent).
- Other identifiers or device data, in compliance with Google and legal requirements.
We do not knowingly collect any data for children under 13 or 16 years (depending on local law). For users from age 13 and above, including 13–17, data use and advertising are limited to permitted, age-appropriate categories as required by Google Play policies (see Section 8: Children’s & Teens’ Privacy).
2. How We Use Information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the App’s functionality and user experience.
- To display advertising through Google AdMob and ensure ads are appropriate for teen and adult users according to age settings.
- To analyze usage statistics (only aggregated and anonymized data).
- To comply with legal requirements, platform policies, and safeguard users.
3. Advertising & Third-Party Services
We work with Google AdMob to deliver ads in the App:
- AdMob and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads relevant for your age group, preferences, and (if allowed) approximate location.
- Users in the EU, UK, Brazil, and other regulated regions are asked for consent for personalized ads per GDPR and local requirements. Consent choices can be managed at any time in the App settings or via your device's privacy options.
- Non-personalized advertising will be displayed where required by law or user preference.

We do not use additional analytics or tracking tools unless announced or requested for new features.
4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
This App and its third-party partners may use cookies or similar tracking technologies (SDKs, local storage, device identifiers) to enable app functionality, analyze usage, and deliver ads as described above. You can limit or revoke tracking permissions at any time in your device or app settings. Disabling such features may impact app experience.

Your privacy rights depend on your location. You may have rights to:

- Correction/Deletion: Request correction or deletion of your data (to the extent it is actually stored).

5.1 European Union / United Kingdom (GDPR, UK GDPR)
- EU/UK users have rights under GDPR including access, correction, deletion/erasure, consent withdrawal, and portability (if applicable).
- We do not process any data that enables us to directly identify you as a person.
- Ads are shown respecting your indicated consent and age group.
5.2 California, USA (CCPA)
- California residents may request disclosure of personal information collected and/or deletion.
- We do not "sell" personal data as defined by CCPA.
5.3 Other Regions
We comply with other data protection regulations, including Brazil (LGPD), Canada (PIPEDA), and similar laws worldwide, to the extent applicable.
6. Data Retention
We do not store personal data on our own servers. Data collected by third-party partners (e.g., for advertising) is governed by their respective privacy policies, including data retention and deletion mechanisms according to applicable law.
7. Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, or transfer your personal data (PII) to anyone except for the following circumstances:
- Anonymous, aggregate statistical data for purposes such as app improvement and advertising reporting.
- Complying with legal processes, requirements, legal claims, government authorities, or platform requests.

8. Children’s & Teens’ Privacy
- The App is intended for teens (ages 13 and above) and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13, or under 16 in jurisdictions where this is required by law.
- For users between 13–17, only age-appropriate advertising and features are shown. We comply with Google Play's Families Policy and similar international youth protection laws where applicable.
- If you believe we have unintentionally collected information from a child under the relevant minimum age, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
- Parents, guardians, or legal representatives can contact us to request removal or review of a minor’s data (see contact information below).
9. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, please note that no system can guarantee 100% security in the transmission or storage of information.
